This story takes place in modern time. Around and in a town called Forks which is in the Northwestern part of the U.S. This is the third book in the series. Bella is struggling with being in love wit a vampire and her feelings for her friend Jacob are mixed and confused. She wants to become a vampire because she is sick of always being a burden when bad things happen to her which is lately all the time. She is being stalked by a clan of newborn vampires because her boyfriend and vampire Edward killed the mate of a female vampire so this female named Vectoria is out to kill Bella.

One thing I liked about this book was how like believable it was not only the way the author writes and how she decries and tells about the characters but there is also a movie. I really feel like im there in this book its so easy to read, when its exciting, at times when its slow though you t gets boring. One thing I don't enjoy about this book is that the excitement is spaced out so when you get to a boring part it takes a while to heat back up. The author really leads up to the excitement. Another thing I didn't like was the situation that the author put Jacob in like Bella used him when Edward was gone and kinda fell in love with him, and Jacob did with her. But then right when Edward comes back she just ditches Jacob. It was just quite sad. The author made me feel horrible for Jacob and angry with Bella how she could be so selfish.

The Hungry Ocean by Linda Greenlaw

This book is very exciting. Its about a 30 day sword fishing journey Linda and her crew go on. The excitement starts before they even get off the dock. She has a crew of 4 plus her they set out on a 1 month sword fishing trip the previous one they had was a slammer and they have to at least live up to it. She and her crew encounter some serious problems on the trip. One of the crew members is African American and another crew member hates black people and they almost get into a fight. The most important thing is that they make the big slammer(like catch a lot of fish).
This book is exceptional for anyone who enjoys the fishing or the ocean. It is a page turner and very informative. I learned things about boats and fishing i didn't know. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone especially people who love the water.
